FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for growing plants on artificially created roof surfaces. The substrate includes brick chips, liquid humic organo-mineral fertilizer, a drainage component and a mineral additive in the form of thermally modified zeolite-containing tripoli from the Khotynets deposit. As a drainage component, it contains foam glass of a large fraction, with the following content of initial components, wt.%: 29.5–30.5 of brick chips, 9.6–10.4 of liquid humic organomineral fertilizer, 19.6–20.4 of thermally modified zeolite-containing tripolite from the Khotynetskoe deposit, up to 100 of coarse foam glass.
EFFECT: invention provides a substrate with an increased content of silicon available to plants to ensure their growth on the roofs of buildings in urban landscaping, while ensuring high moisture capacity, substrate buffering and fire safety.
