FIELD: service lock mechanisms.
SUBSTANCE: service lock mechanism with a chain breaking function used in elevators contains a charging spring, a ring, a bolt, a fastening nut, a rotation shaft, at least one lock contact with at least one signal tip and an electrical connection, an insulating part, at least one connecting spherical element, a thrust spring, at least one screw, a housing and a key. The spring allows you to install the mechanism and return it to its previous position when unclenched. The ring prevents the return part from leaving the position in which it is installed. The bolt drives the unlocking part of the shaft door. The shaft allows you to turn off the signal and open the door manually. The insulating part inside the shaft isolates the spring and the connecting spherical or spherical elements from the shaft. The spherical element allows you to transmit an electrical signal by contacting the lock contacts. The screw tightens the wires inserted through the holes in the lock contacts, preventing them from coming apart. The housing is mounted on the top cover of the door and contains all the parts. The key operates the shaft to start movement.
EFFECT: increase in system stability and the ability to establish a more accurate electromechanical connection.
