FIELD: processing of natural phosphates.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to processing natural phosphates with production of extractive phosphoric acid and complex phosphorus-containing mineral fertilizers. The method includes processing natural phosphates with mineral acid, obtaining a suspension containing phosphoric acid, calcium salts and an undissolved residue, separating the insoluble residue and poorly soluble calcium salts by filtration, obtaining a process solution containing phosphoric acid and soluble calcium salts. The technological solution is treated with a sorbent 1-carboxy-2-(perhydro-1,3,5-dithiazine)-5-ylethane to isolate rare earth elements (REE) and noble metals (NM), the solution is filtered to isolate the concentrate of REE and NM, which is subjected to thermal treatment to remove the organic base of the sorbent, after which the resulting concentrate of REE and NM is dissolved in nitric acid, treated with a polymethylene sulphide sorbent, and the solid concentrate of NM is separated from the solution, which is subjected to heat treatment to remove the organic base.
EFFECT: increase in the degree of complex processing of natural phosphates is provided by the production of extractive phosphoric acid and complex phosphorus-containing fertilizers with the production of additional liquid products - rare earth and noble metals.
