FIELD: construction materials.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the industry of construction materials, in particular to the manufacture of non-autoclave silicate bricks. Method of producing non-autoclave silicate brick involves mixing initial components, moistening, holding in a sealed chamber, moulding at pressure of 20 MPa, heat and moisture treatment at temperature of 95±5 °C, wherein initially active mineral additive is obtained by separate grinding of 65 wt.% of sandy pelitic and silt rock and 35 wt.% of chalk to specific surface area of 300 m2/kg, their mixing, annealing at 1,000 °C for 3 hours, grinding to specific surface area of 500 m2/kg; mixing of quicklime with specific surface area of 600 m2/kg, sandy pelitic and silt rock with specific surface area of 1,000 m2/kg, sandy pelitic and silt rock with specific surface area of 80–110 m2/kg and moistening of the obtained mixture, holding in a sealed chamber until complete slaking of lime; mixing obtained mixture with active mineral additive, additional moistening to moulding moisture content of 10–12 %, holding moulded raw brick in a sealed chamber for 2 hours, thermal and moisture treatment in the steaming chamber according to mode of 1.6+6+1.5 hours, with the following ratio of components, wt.%: ground quicklime 5–10; sandy pelitic and silt rock with specific surface area of 1,000 m2/kg 10–20; active mineral additive 11–15; sandy pelitic and silt rock with specific surface area of 80–110 m2/kg is the rest.

EFFECT: reduced time of heat and moisture treatment, increased strength of raw brick with high quality of finished product.
