METHOD OF COMPLEX MANUFACTURE OF ARTICLES FROM AUTOCLAVE HARDENING CONCRETE Russian patent published in 2007 - IPC C04B40/00 

FIELD: manufacture of building materials; complex manufacture of various silicate articles from autoclave hardening concrete.

SUBSTANCE: proposed method is used for manufacture of lime-and-sand brick and charge used for manufacture of lime-and-sand brick containing sand and unslaked lime; mix is ground at addition of sand or unslaked lime to specific surface of 200-600 m²/kg, thus obtaining lime-and-sand binder at activity by CaO+MgO of from 20 to 40%; binder thus obtained is mixed with cement, gas-forming agent and water for obtaining cellular cement mix containing, mass-%: lime-and-sand binder, 10-90; the remainder being cement; then, cellular concrete mix is poured into mold and swollen, after which mass is cut into articles and autoclave treatment is carried out for obtaining silicate articles. In the course of grinding the charge, silicate process wastes are added: green and/or solid wastes of lime-and-sand brick process and green and/or solid wastes of cellular concrete production process. Binder may be additionally mixed with green waste of cellular cement production process in the amount of from 5 to 30% of mass of concrete mix. Charge may also include wastes of lime-and-sand brick production process or cellular concrete production process.
