SUBSTANCE: invention can be used to prepare a solution for plastering walls. Dry plaster mixture based on lime includes a lime-sand mixture containing quartz sand and lime-silica binder, kept in a silo after adding water until the lime is completely slaked, redispersible polymer powder and cellulose ether. The lime-sand mixture contains 75% quartz sand with a particle size modulus of 1.1-1.3 and 25% lime-silica binder, obtained by joint grinding to a specific surface area of 5000-6000 cm²/g of quartz sand and lime with an activity of 70-80% in a 1:1 ratio. The dry plaster mixture contains the following ratio of components, wt.%: lime-sand mixture - 97.8-98.8, redispersible polymer powder - 1.0-2.0, cellulose ether - 0.2.
