FIELD: building materials.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates namely to the production of dry building mixtures and can be used in the preparation of mortars and fine-grained concrete for restoration and repair work. The dry construction mixture includes Portland cement and sand, and additionally contains polyvinyl alcohol grade “ГФ” and sand-lime brick production waste in the form of silicate dust in the following component ratio, wt.%: Portland cement - 18.7-19.1, sand - 76.1-77.9, polyvinyl alcohol grade “ГФ” - 1.5-2.2, silicate dust - 1.5-2.9.
EFFECT: increase in the physical and mechanical properties of the dry building mixture due to the plasticizing effect of polyvinyl alcohol, as well as through the use of the “affinity of structures” methodology and the use of silicate dust to increase the adhesion of the resulting repair or restoration mortar to the restored (repaired) surface of the structure.
