SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of combined furniture that combines various functionalities, and can be used for rational organization of space in small rooms in preschool institutions. A podium with retractable beds consists of a body that includes a horizontal surface and vertical supports, between which there are at least two retractable beds that fold telescopically under the podium. On the body, on the side from which the beds extend, there is a folding ladder, consisting of an L-shaped element with two steps, movably connected to the body, and a step, movably connected to the L-shaped element. The folding axes of the L-shaped element and the step are located in the horizontal plane perpendicular to the vertical supports.
EFFECT: increasing the number of beds with limited podium sizes, ensuring quick conversion and safety during use.
