FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: used in devices for power supply to consumers from a system containing rechargeable and photovoltaic batteries operated for a long time under significantly changing operating conditions. The technical result is achieved by expanding the range of perception of the solar radiation flux, optimizing the operating conditions of the solar battery and increasing the efficiency during further conversions of electrical energy in order to reduce its losses by introducing a common measuring solar cell with a transistor optronic pair at the output, a voltage-frequency converter with a transistor optronic pair at the input, a decimal counter with a decoder and other elements connected according to a specific algorithm.
EFFECT: simplifying the design of the device and increasing reliability for extreme extraction of electrical energy from a solar battery.
