FIELD: instrumentation and power engineering. SUBSTANCE: electrical energy produced by solar battery is proposed to be stored in advance in 0.01-100 F storage capacitor charged to maximal capacity of solar battery and having internal resistance below 0.15 Ohms. Pre-stored energy is supplied to load resistor or to storage cell with aid of pulse-width modulated DC converter in batches of 1 to 105 J. As compared with methods used earlier proposed one ensures increase in amount of energy picked off solar cell by 17-52% under ground conditions and long-time exposure.
