FIELD: oil industry.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to powder pressure generators intended for treatment of productive formation in order to intensify oil production. Charge for a powder pressure generator for gas-dynamic action on a formation, consisting of artillery powder, fastened in the form of a cylinder or pipe, is protected by an external individual combustible protective coating made of excelsior or capron, which is firmly attached to the charge. Method for assembling a charge for a powder pressure generator includes making a powder charge with a combustible protective coating in the form of a pipe or cylinder from tubular powder elements of artillery powder, firmly attaching them to each other with glue along the ends or along the entire length. Separately, a combustible protective coating is made from capron or excelsior fabric in the form of a cylinder, which is stitched tightly to the powder charge according to its dimensions and the minimum possible stitching layer for this fabric. Finished powder charge is coated with a combustible protective coating and the assembly is immersed in a solvent of acetone or ethyl acetate until gelation in the surface layer of the tubular powder elements and their adhesion with a combustible protective coating, the charge assembly is dried until the solvent is completely evaporated.
EFFECT: providing charge until complete combustion of powder elements in well.
