SUBSTANCE: invention relates to digital circuitry, automation and industrial electronics. Result is provided due to the fact that in the trigger logic element containing six field-effect transistors, in which the gates of the second and third field-effect transistors form two inputs relative to the "ground" of the logic element for the logical operation OR, first and second additional field-effect transistors are introduced, outputs of gates of which form two inputs for AND of logic element relative to "ground", and also six resistors and source of reference constant voltage are introduced.

EFFECT: increasing load capacity of AND-OR trigger logic element on field-effect transistors.
