FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to digital circuitry, automation and industrial electronics and, in particular, can be used in computer units built on logic elements. Trigger logic element AND-NOT on field-effect transistors contains a source of supply constant voltage, three field-effect transistors with induced channels of n-type, field-effect transistor with induced channel of p-type and additionally two additional field-effect transistors with induced channels of n-type, six resistors and source of reference constant voltage, as well as connections between them. In the trigger logic element AND-NOT on field-effect transistors, the electric current strength of the external load and at the output of the logic element is equal to the sum of the current strength of the two field-effect transistors (11) and (13), which increases the load capacity of this logic element.
EFFECT: increasing load capacity of trigger logic element NAND on field-effect transistors.
