FIELD: mining; oil, gas and coke-chemical industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to oil industry and can be used in development of high-viscosity and bitumen oil deposits. Method for development of paired horizontal wells producing high-viscosity oil includes drilling of geological exploration wells before construction of horizontal wells for delineation of oil-saturated deposit and evaluation of potential of industrial development of deposit, deposit testing and physical and chemical analysis in case of oil inflow. Further, construction of horizontal production wells and injection wells located above and parallel to production wells is carried out, and creating a permeable zone between the wells by injecting water vapor into both wells of each pair of wells. After creation of permeable zone water vapor is supplied only to injection horizontal wells, and product is extracted from production horizontal wells. When placing one or two tubing strings in production wells, the end or ends are displaced horizontally relative to the ends of the tubing strings of injectors by at least 10 m. Prior to steam injection, pair wells supplied by one steam generator are divided into 2 groups with location of wells of one group between wells of another group, injection of steam into wells of each group is performed in turn. After the production wells are switched to product extraction and operation in this mode for at least 3 months, the liquid level is monitored. When the liquid level drops below 1/4 of the height from the surface to the top of the productive formation, more humid water vapor is injected with dryness of 70–90%.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of development of high-viscosity oil deposit.
