SUBSTANCE: method of development of ultra-viscous oil includes the construction of horizontal producing and located above injection wells with the installation of casing, injecting a displacing agent with a specific weight below the specific gravity of the produced water - superheated steam into the injection well and selecting products from the production well, determination of the necessary wells for overlapping intervals, the overlapping of certain intervals of this well by filling from the bottom to the mouth with an insulating composition that collapses under a certain impact, with subsequent technological aging. At the same time, before the injection of superheated steam, the production well is equipped with a drillable pass-through packer at a distance of 1/5–4/5 of the length of the horizontal filter part from the beginning of the filter from the mouth, through which a heat-resistant, acid-destructive insulating composition is pumped, filling the well space to the bottom, after which the specified packer is silenced. In the installation interval of the drilled through-packer in the injection well, the drilled deaf packer is installed. Prior to the start of the extraction from the production well, a permeable zone is created between the wells due to the steam injection in both wells. After creating a permeable zone between the wells, steam is injected into the injection well and product is taken through the production well and continue until a stable thermo-hydrodynamic connection is established between the wells. Then both packers are drilled, and the water insulating composition is destroyed by exposure to hydrochloric acid, after which the production well is again operated in the extraction mode, and the injection well - in the steam injection mode.

EFFECT: technical result is a reduction in the water cut, an increase in the flow rate of the well, a reduction in energy costs, and an increase in the oil recovery factor.
