METHOD AND COMPLEX OF DEVICES FOR TRAINING BREATHING TECHNIQUE IN PERSONAL RESPIRATORY PROTECTION EQUIPMENT Russian patent published in 2024 - IPC A63B23/18 A62B7/08

Abstract RU 2813903 C1

FIELD: training devices.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to training devices and is intended for development and training of a person breathing technique in isolating personal respiratory protection equipment with chemically bound oxygen or compressed oxygen (PRPE). Complex of devices for breathing training in isolating PRPE includes a device visually identical to PRPE, containing a face part, airway hoses, a breathing bag with an overpressure valve, a suspension system. Complex comprises a simulating body, a CO2 simulation unit, a resistance simulation nozzle, an inhalation check valve, an exhalation check valve, a flow meter, a ballast weight, a switch-on switch, a measurement unit. Measurement unit includes a microcontroller performing the function of collecting, calculating and transmitting data received from the flow meter sensor, with the possibility of recording data by means of a radio wave transmitter, a power supply unit, an information transmission unit, a data synchronization unit and a pulse meter. Complex comprises an inertial sensor, a unit for providing information, which includes a screen and a speaker, or a vibration unit with a controller, or glasses, on the lenses of which information for the student is projected. Unit receives information from the microcontroller of the measurement unit. It also comprises a unit for communication with a personal computer configured to display the training process and generate training protocols. For breathing training in isolating personal respiratory protection equipment with chemically bound oxygen or compressed oxygen, the above described complex of devices for breathing training in PRPE is used. During training, pulmonary ventilation, distance covered, pulse are recorded. Student is provided with information on the residual resource of PRPE and the residual distance until the end of the estimated time of the protective action during current pulmonary ventilation. Trainee exercises breathing during training, which consumes less PRPE resource.

EFFECT: training of trainees to control and regulate breathing in PRPE, which allows to use less PRPE resource.
