COMPLEX FOR MEASURING AND RECORDING THE PARAMETERS OF FUNCTIONING OF PERSONAL RESPIRATORY PROTECTION EQUIPMENT. Russian patent published in 2023 - IPC A62B27/00 A61B5/08 A61B5/02 A61B5/01

Abstract RU 2787280 C1

FIELD: respiratory devices testing.

SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to a complex for testing respiratory devices and is intended to measure and record the performance of insulating personal respiratory protection equipment (RPPE) during testing with the participation of volunteer testers. The complex for measuring and recording the parameters of the functioning of personal respiratory protection equipment, designed to measure and record the performance of RPPE during tests with the participation of test volunteers, is a complex consisting of RPPE connected by samplers to a pressure sensor, a thermocouple, a gas analyzer on the inhalation line of the simulator RPPE, a measuring unit (hereinafter - MU), a wearable device, a cardiotransmitter transmitting data to a wearable device, and a personal computer, and the MU is a housing in which a wireless information transmission unit is compactly mounted, a gas analyzer that includes samplers connected to the RPPE, a sensor temperature, including thermocouples connected to the RPPE, a pressure sensor connected to the RPPE, a power supply, a microcontroller that performs the function of collecting, storing, processing and transmitting data received from the sensors via a radio wave transmitter to a wearable device, which is a smart device equipped with a radio wave transmitter compatible with the MU radio wave transmitter and a heart rate transmitter, a radio wave transmitter compatible with a personal computer, a screen, a user interface, equipped with data processing software that synchronizes the data received from the MU. The computer is equipped with a radio wave transmitter and is made with pre-installed software that provides the ability to generate tasks for the test volunteer to be transmitted to a wearable device, collect information and record the data received from the wearable device, and generate a training protocol in a fully automatic mode.

EFFECT: creation of a complex that allows measuring, recording, storing and transmitting information about the nature of the functioning of RPE during training with the participation of volunteer testers with the possibility of displaying information during training, forming and visually reflecting the course of training, as well as with the possibility of forming a training protocol.
