FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metallurgy, particularly, to production of hot-rolled sheets with thickness of 8–50 mm intended for production of high-loaded parts of agricultural and other machines. Method includes steel melting, its casting with production of billet and billet rolling at reversing mill. Steel is tapped from the steel-making unit at a temperature of not less than 1,550 °C for 3–8 minutes and its oxidation of not more than 1,000 ppm. Then out-of-furnace treatment of steel is carried out, during which it is evacuated, and continuous casting of steel is performed; at that, the obtained steel contains the following components, wt. %: carbon 0.25–0.35, silicon 0.1–0.5, manganese 1.0–1.6, sulfur not more than 0.010, phosphorus not more than 0.020, chrome not more than 0.15, nickel not more than 0.10, copper not more than 0.10, aluminum 0.01–0.08, niobium not more than 0.010, titanium 0.005–0.050, vanadium not more than 0.010, molybdenum not more than 0.10, nitrogen not more than 0.010, boron 0.0005–0.007, iron and unavoidable impurities are the rest. Subsequent austenisation of the workpiece is carried out to temperature of 1,150–1,300 °C for at least 3.0 hours. Rough rolling is finished at 900–1,100 °C and rolled to thickness of not less than 2.5 thicknesses of finished sheet. Finishing rolling is started at 880–990 °C and finished at 810–930 °C.
EFFECT: obtaining hot-rolled products with high consumer properties.
