FIELD: heat power engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to municipal and household heat engineering, and namely to natural circulation heating systems used mainly in covered underground structures, such as dugouts. Dugout water heating system with natural circulation comprises a heat source, at least one heating device connected to it by supply and return pipelines to form a heat carrier circuit, expansion vessel, shutoff valves and water circulation amplifier, characterized by that the water circulation amplifier is made in the form of an additional heating circuit with a surface heat exchanger, wherein the latter is located at the level of the upper mark of the supply pipeline. As a heat source, a boiler-furnace is used, consisting of a furnace and a convective part, located close to side walls, with the possibility of covering the channel between them with a slide gate, where movement of combustion products and heat carrier is made crosswise, wherein convective part consists of upper and lower manifolds connected by seamless wall tubes, return pipeline is supplied to convective part through lower manifold in lower area of convective part, and in the upper chamber of the convection part there is an upper manifold in the form of a vertically oriented pipe, on the top of which a cover and an overflow tube are installed, wherein the supply pipeline from the upper manifold has an outlet at such a height of the upper manifold, which provides a slope relative to the inlet pipe of the heating device, where the outlet pipe of the heating device is located in height higher than the height of connection of the inlet return pipeline to the lower area of the convection part; wherein the diameter of the supply and return pipelines is less than the diameter of the lower and upper manifolds, to which they are connected, and the heating device and the furnace-boiler are installed in different isolated rooms, which are connected to each other only by the supply and return pipelines.
EFFECT: wider range of water heating systems with natural circulation, which can be used in military field conditions in dugouts and allows separate heating of living quarters without electricity and at the same time used for cooking and drying; besides, the claimed heating system is more efficient than in the prototype.
