Result is achieved due to the fact that a keyboard for a musical instrument, comprising a housing made in the form of upper and lower parts, between which keys are mounted by means of hinged rolling levers, wherein the lever is mounted through a through hole in the upper part of the housing, upper, resting on top of housing, end of rolling lever is equipped with roller, on which one end of the string is mounted with the possibility of its tension when pressing the key and loosening when the key is returned to the initial position before pressing, spring stretched between the lever and the back wall of the housing with the possibility of returning the key to the initial position after its pressing.

EFFECT: providing reliability and operational manufacturability due to minimum sufficient number of elements of keyboard devices designed to expand expressive capabilities of musical instruments.
