FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: vegetable oil dosing system for pasta production includes a supply container, a dosing container with upper and lower level sensors, connected to the supply container by means of a first pipeline, which is equipped with a check valve and a slide valve for draining vegetable oil from a dosing container, and by means of a second pipeline with a premixing chamber of a dough kneading machine, wherein the supply container is equipped with a submersible pump for pumping vegetable oil through a first pipeline connected to a submersible pump control unit, wherein the submersible pump control unit is also connected to said upper and lower level sensors, the second pipeline is equipped with a shutoff valve with a pneumatic drive, as well as a dosing pump for pumping vegetable oil through it, which are connected to a dosing pump control unit and a pneumatic drive of the shutoff valve, wherein said control unit is also connected with programmable logic controller of pasta production process control system.
EFFECT: invention allows to expand functional capabilities of technological line for production of pasta products at the stage of pasta dough preparation, which enables to expand the raw material base in the production of pasta products and thereby create a product with improved organoleptic properties, high nutritive and biological value.
