SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agriculture. Sprinkler comprises a water supply pipeline, self-propelled support carriages, rain-forming devices, GPS/GLONASS receivers with control units, a system for controlling movement in line and on course. Sprinkling machine is additionally equipped with a system of near-surface watering, which consists of branch pipes with electromagnetic valves and hoses of near-surface watering, which are built into the water-conducting pipeline. At the ends of the hoses, rain-forming devices are mounted, made in the form of perforated tubes with through holes of different diameter, which increases towards the upper part. Tubes are equipped with bushings installed with possibility of vertical movement. Covers are installed at the bottom of the tubes.

EFFECT: automatic achievement of required moisture content in soil is provided in accordance with required value of moisture content.
