SUBSTANCE: invention relates to technical detergents with compositions based on surface-active compounds. The highly alkaline washing agent has the following composition (mass fraction in percentage): 20–35 of potassium hydroxide; 5–10 of ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid tetrasodium salt; 0.1–0.5 of alkyl polyglucoside; 0.1–0.2 of alkyldimethylamine oxide; 0.1–0.2 of sodium alphaolefin sulfonate; the rest is water.
EFFECT: invention provides a cleaning effect against inorganic, organic and oil-fat contaminants and is environmentally friendly.
