SUBSTANCE: invention relates to household chemicals, namely to detergent compositions intended for cleaning and disinfecting various surfaces, food processing equipment, pipelines, conveyor belts, packaging lines, containers, etc. A biodegradable detergent is described, including a composition of surface-active substances (surfactants) and auxiliary components, contains syntanol ALM-7 and ALM-10 as nonionic surfactants, cocamidopropyl betaine and C12-18 alkyldimethylamine oxide as amphoteric surfactants, sodium hydroxide is used as an alkalinity regulator, disodium salt of ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid is used as a complexing agent, as an antibacterial component - alkyldimethylbenzylammonium chloride, distilled water is used as the main component.

EFFECT: implementation of the invention provides a high washing capacity, good foam stability on vertical surfaces and an effective antibacterial effect.
