A pharmaceutical composition for local application, which has an anti-inflammatory effect, contains an active component and a carrier, is characterized by containing bischofite and aloe oil as an active component, and the carrier includes propanol, polyethylene oxide, glycerin, hexylene glycol and water as a solvent, it contains, mas.%: 1–30% of bischofite, 1–2% of aloe oil, 1–4% of polyethylene oxide, 25–50% of pharmaceutically acceptable solvent, 2–3% of glycerin, 1–2% of hexylene glycol, the rest is water. A medicinal product having an anti-inflammatory effect, containing the above pharmaceutical composition.

EFFECT: above group of inventions provides a complex effect on the peripheral nervous system, the musculoskeletal system, in particular the cartilage tissue of the joints, providing an anti-inflammatory effect, and also has good organoleptic properties and uniform distribution of the product on the skin.
