FIELD: electric motors.
SUBSTANCE: damping means for an electric motor of a device for generating air flow is proposed, and the device containing this means, comprises: a first part (1'); second part (2'); and a shock-absorbing element (3) positioned so that it forms a connection between the first part (1') and the second part (2'), and containing at least one central wall (3.1) having two longitudinal edges (3.A). At least one of the two longitudinal edges (3.A) of at least one central wall (3.1) forms an angle relative to the first part (1') so that an imaginary transverse surface containing at least one of two longitudinal edges (3.A) can be defined, located parallel to an imaginary line (A) connecting the centre of mass (CM) of at least one central wall (3.1) with centre of gravity (G) of the electric motor (M).
EFFECT: improved damping means for generating air flow.
