FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction, particularly to testing equipment. Installation includes a collapsible stand, a loading device, steel distributing traverses, wooden beams to them, rubber gaskets for wooden beams, a force-measuring device, thrust elements. Loading device is made in the form of a horizontal load-bearing frame, the thrust elements of which include thrust and support steel beams and metal ties. Thrust steel beam of the load-bearing frame is made composite and contains a base in the form of a thin-walled channel with stiffeners and a reinforcing element in the form of an H-section welded to the base. In the slot of the base channel, in the middle of the length of the thrust steel beam of the load-bearing frame, a cargo jack is installed, and its housing is tightly fixed in place by adjusting screws, the jack rod is borne against the flange of the H-section of the reinforcing element. Thrust and support distributing traverses are made composite, metal-wood from steel bars of H-section and section of thin-walled channel attached to it.
EFFECT: creation of a compact self-contained plant; simplified manufacturing of distributing traverse and composite steel beam of load-bearing frame; simplification of the system for transferring the load to the wall ring; reduction of metal consumption of installation elements; obtaining more reliable test results.
