FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: wall ring of manhole is taken as tested structure, thrust and support distributing beams are made composite, metal-wood from steel bars of double-tee profile and section of thin-wall channel attached to it. Test bench is equipped with loading device made in form of horizontal power frame, elements of which include thrust and support steel beams and metal ties equipped with tension and thrust nuts, also with spring washers for fixing the position of the tested wall ring. Cargo jack is installed in the groove of the channel of the base, in the middle of the length of the thrust steel beam of the power frame. Cargo jack rod rests against I-beam flange of thrust distributing beam. In the main section of the wall ring, strain gauges are installed and loaded with a concentrated force applied to the thrust beam in the middle of its length. Test load is taken in the form of a concentrated force and is applied along the middle of the length of the thrust beam with elastic support on the concrete surface of the wall ring. Value of the test load is taken to be equal to the control breaking load by strength or the control load by the crack opening width, and the maximum load of the cargo jack on the power frame of the test installation is determined by the equation.
EFFECT: increase in the inspection well wall ring loading test results reliability, maximum approximation of the load and test conditions to the real ones, which occur during the actual operation of the wall ring of the manhole, reducing time and labor costs for carrying out tests by loading the wall ring of a manhole when evaluating its strength and crack resistance.
