SUBSTANCE: invention can be used when placing bulk materials during shipment or their receipt/dosing in the technological chain of enterprises belonging to various sectors of economic activity. The dispenser contains a device for distributing the input material flow, feeders, hoppers with discharge windows and sensors, a dose receiver and a control device. The control device is made in the form of a series-connected combination setter, an accuracy and productivity determiner, a dosing law adjuster, relay, linear and optimal dosing law shapers, a bin distributor with unloading windows and sensors. Moreover, the distributor is connected to a storage device, connected, in turn, to a combination setter.

EFFECT: increase productivity and increase dosing accuracy.
