FIELD: medicine; obstetrics; gynecology.
SUBSTANCE: suture is applied perpendicular to the wound, the first prick in the muscular layer of the uterine wall is made at 1.5 cm, at a distance from the upper edge of the wound, with prick out of the mucous layer. Then, on the opposite edge of the wound, an injection is made into the mucous layer of the uterine wall at 1.5 cm, at a distance from the lower edge of the wound, with an injection of the lower edge of the wound from the muscular layer of the uterine wall. Then, at 0.5–1.0 cm from the opposite edge of the wound, the muscle layer of the uterine wall of the lower edge of the wound is pricked out in the middle of the muscular layer of the uterine wall. Further, on the opposite edge of the wound, an injection is made in the middle of the muscular layer of the uterine wall with a prick out of 0.5–1.0 cm from the edge of the wound into the muscular layer of the uterine wall, then, having retreated 2 cm along the wound, 0.5–1.0 cm is pricked from the edge of the wound into the muscular layer of the uterine wall with a prick out in the middle of the muscular layer of the uterine wall, then on the opposite edge of the wound, a prick is made in the middle of the muscular layer of the uterine wall, prick-out is made in the muscular layer of the uterine wall, at 0.5–1.0 cm from the wound edge, pricked in the muscular layer of the uterine wall at 1.5 cm, at a distance from the upper edge of the wound, with prick-out into the mucous layer of the uterine wall by 1.5 cm, stepping back from the lower edge of the wound. On the opposite edge of the wound, an injection is made in the mucous layer of the uterine wall at 1.5 cm, retreating from the lower edge of the wound, and in the muscular layer of the uterine wall at 1.5 cm, having retreated from the upper edge of the wound, the ends of the sutures are drawn and a knot is tied. Uterine wall is restored in this sequence.
EFFECT: method enables improving wound coaptation and tissue repair with formation of a strong scar.
