FIELD: removal and processing of solid wastes.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to processing of wastes, in particular to processing of flue ash from coal combustion for the purpose of its subsequent use as an active mineral additive in production of construction materials. Method involves introduction of flue ash with moisture content of not more than 0.5%, organic activators - polycarboxylate, formate and calcium hydroxide into a mixer-activator, and their mixing for 2–3 minutes. Then, overpressure of about 0.8 atm is created in mixer-activator due to air supply from compressor. Obtained mixture is stirred for 5 minutes. Ready active mineral additive is discharged and stored. Components are used at the following ratio, wt.%: flue ash 99.375–99.936, polycarboxylate 0.05–0.6, formate 0.010–0.015, calcium hydroxide 0.004–0.01.

EFFECT: increased efficiency of flue ash processing method, reduced sedimentation stratification of concrete and mortar mixture, reduced shrinkage deformations, increased strength and crack resistance of concrete products.
