FIELD: electrical engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrical engineering and can be used for output control of magnetic conductors in production of inductors of linear asynchronous electric motors (LAEM). Testing of the magnetic core of the inductor is carried out in the form of a series of testing experiments. Series of testing experiments includes (Z-1) stereotyped experience. Test signal is an alternating sinusoidal electric voltage Uk of industrial frequency, which is supplied to the coil of the inductor winding with number k. At the same time all other coils of the inductor winding remain open. EMF Ek+1 of the inductor winding coil with number k+1 is fixed and stored. As differential indices of technical quality of magnetic conductor of inductor there calculated are damping coefficients of magnetic field of inductor on k-th tooth division, located between coils of inductor winding with numbers k and k+1. As an integral indicator of non-uniformity of distribution of magnetic properties of the magnetic core of the inductor, mean square deviation is calculated. As an integral indicator of technical quality of the magnetic conductor of the inductor, the equivalent magnetic permeability of the steel of the inductor core is calculated. On the basis of the obtained integral indicators, a conclusion is made on the technical quality of the magnetic conductor of the inductor.

EFFECT: invention is aimed at increasing the degree of detail and validity of conclusions on the quality of magnetic conductors of LAEM inductors, reducing cumbersomeness of tests and complexity of hardware implementation.
