SUBSTANCE: camouflage method, in which a full-scale mock-up of a real weapon is used, the appearance of the modules corresponds to the appearance of the modules of the actual weapon, after the combat effect. Terrain is inspected, an area is selected with due allowance for concealment and convenience of access to the masked objects, the epicenter of the explosion of the ammunition is found, its warhead is evaluated, or an ammunition of a known warhead is detonated. Depending on the charge, the distance from the epicenter of the explosion is selected and the model is installed in the proper position or disassembled into modules. Modules are located in directions of propagation of shock wave from epicenter of explosion towards mock-up in proper order. Modules are made hollow with possibility of access to their cavities and their closure, and masked objects are arranged in cavities of modules and closed in them.

EFFECT: simple masking process and high reliability of masking objects.
