FIELD: mining.

SUBSTANCE: method of well sealing after multi-stage hydraulic fracturing (MHF) includes lowering of packer into the well filled with hydraulic fracturing fluid at excess pressure at the wellhead and its further unpacking in the well. Packer is lowered into the well as part of an assembly with a setting tool, which is fixed on a load-carrying logging cable or a flexible tubing string. Packer is installed above the upper opened productive formation of the well and below the planned installation interval of the electric submersible pump (ESP) or the packer is installed below the liner hanger assembly of the combined production string. Then the setting tool is activated to set the packer with its subsequent undocking from the assembly, and then the used assembly is removed from the well. After that, excess pressure at the wellhead is reduced to atmospheric pressure and repair isolation works are performed in the production string and the tubing string is lowered and/or ESP is lowered. Further, process fluid is supplied to the well with creation of increased pressure for destruction of the bursting unit of the packer with discharge of the plug into the well, which provides communication of above-packer space of well with below-packer interval of well through channel of packer.

EFFECT: reduced time for well putting into production after MHF, protection of the penetrated productive formation from mudding and increased safety of operations.
