FIELD: obtaining oil and gas from wells.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to oil and gas industry and is intended for repair and recovery operations at well under pressure. Hydraulic unit contains a block of blowout prevention equipment (BOP) installed at the wellhead and a repair tower with a hydraulic jack unit and a telescopic mast mounted on it. At the wellhead there is a pipe head and a casing head; the repair tower is made with four steel support posts, which are connected to each other by three support plates: lower, middle and upper. On the lower support plate, a lower platform is mounted for mounting/dismantling the upper annular preventer of the BOP unit and a stationary wedge grip through an adapter for transferring the weight of the pipe string, or tubing, or drill pipes to the lower support plate, as well as for connection of hydraulic lines to hydraulic distribution unit and their maintenance, as well as lower part of telescopic mast. Inverted stationary wedge grip is mounted on the middle support plate to hold the buoyancy force of the existing pipe string, or tubing, or drill pipes on the support posts of the repair tower. Four hydraulic cylinders of the hydraulic jack unit are mounted on the upper support plate, on the rods of which there is a movable support plate with the possibility of its replacement with a support plate with a rotor, on which a movable wedge grip is mounted on top and an inverted movable wedge grip is mounted from below. Telescopic mast is attached to the upper support plate and an upper working platform is mounted on it. Hydraulic cylinders are connected to a power unit installed near the well for supply of liquid under pressure to them via high-pressure hydraulic hoses. Telescopic mast is made with the main and auxiliary winches with the possibility of lifting to the upper working platform of single tubing string, drill pipes and elements of the downhole tool and equipment or their assemblies for further assembly at the upper working platform and lowering into the well by means of a hydraulic jack unit with wedge clamps. Beam for suspension of a hydraulic pipe wrench and a control panel are also mounted on the upper working platform. On the upper working platform there are points of fastening of braces to hold the hydraulic installation for repair of wells under pressure in a vertical position.
EFFECT: enabling the possibility of carrying out practically all types of repair-and-recovery operations at the well under pressure with provision of the possibility to perform operations at the well without its killing.
