FIELD: various technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the technology of processing vegetable raw materials. Method for extraction of vegetable raw materials, characterized by the fact that it involves mixing several types of vegetable raw materials, wetting the obtained mixture until uniform impregnation, which is carried out with a mixture of ethanol and castor oil, taken in ratio of 1:1, rolling of raw materials, treatment with a solvent, which is carried out in three steps: at the first step, mixture containing 5–20% of ethanol and 80–95% of methylene chloride is used, at the second step, mixture containing 70% of ethanol and 30% of water is used, wherein the first and second steps are carried out at an extraction temperature of not higher than 60 °C, and the third step is carried out with water at temperature of 92–98 °C, wherein after each extraction step, the solvent residue is removed by evaporation under vacuum of 0.3 atm., the miscella is drained separately, then three separate miscella are mixed to obtain a phytoconcentrate, which is the target product.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to reduce time of technological process of vegetal raw materials processing, to obtain finished product containing phytoconcentrate of all groups of biologically active compounds, improving the quality of the obtained product, improving the environmental safety of the process.
