FIELD: oil industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction and drilling of production or injection wells. Method for construction and operation of well with extraction of liner includes lowering into well on pipe string of non-cemented liner, consisting of two parts—non-retrievable and retrievable, note here that non-retrievable part is arranged in open borehole while retrievable part consisting of retrievable hanger packer with disconnector is secured in well casing. After that, the hanger packer is activated and the pipe string is disconnected from the extracted hanger packer via the disconnector with its subsequent extraction. Further, pumping equipment is lowered into the well for well development and operation, at the end of which or in case of inexpediency of further operation of the well, the pumping equipment is removed and the fishing tool is lowered on the pipe string, which is coupled with the extracted hanger packer by unloading the weight of the pipe string. After that, the extracted part of the liner is undocked. Unrecoverable part is left in the well, the extracted part is lifted to the surface, allowing to perform drilling of the next side bores from the zone of location of the extracted part of the liner with deviation in azimuth from the base bore of the well.

EFFECT: reduced labor and time costs for construction of offshoots.
