FIELD: oil industry.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the field of construction and completion a well. To implement a method for construction and completion of a well, a main wellbore is drilled, a section for a shank is worked out, a trigger tool with an orientation device, the shank and an anchor-suspension with an orientation profile is lowered, the shank with the anchor-suspension is installed in the open wellbore at a set depth, information is recorded about actual position of the orientation profile of the anchor-suspension in the well relatively to an apsidal plane, while, to determine the position of the orientation profile before lowering into the well, measurement points of the orientation device and orientation profile are set in such a way that their orientation relatively to the apsidal plane was the same, the anchor-suspension is activated, the trigger tool is released and lifted to the surface, data of the orientation device on the actual position of the orientation profile of the anchor-suspension in the well relatively to the apsidal plane is read, a milling cutter layout and a hollow deflector wedge are lowered with the orientation of a deflector surface and the orientation profile pre-set at a wellhead, the hollow deflector wedge is jointed and fixed in the anchor-suspension, the milling cutter is released from the hollow deflector wedge, drilling of a branch of a lateral wellbore along the deflecting surface of the deflector wedge is carried out, the shank is lowered, made with the possibility of fluid extraction, into the interval of the hollow deflector wedge.
EFFECT: reduction in lowering-lifting operations and reduction in time of orientation is provided while increasing the area of drainage of a productive reservoir.
