FIELD: fire-fighting equipment.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to self-contained fire extinguishing installations based on aerosol-forming or gas-forming compositions. It can be used to prevent fires in distribution boxes, socket boxes, computers, radioelectronic equipment (REE), elements of digital and analogue modules, electronic boards. Terminal block with self-contained fire extinguishing device and thermochemical initiation is made in dielectric housing (1) and contains metal contacts (3) with assemblies of wires attachment to them. Metal contacts (3) with attachment points represent a contact group forming a closed electric circuit. Inside the dielectric housing there is module (2) with an aerosol-forming or gas-forming composition. Thermal fuse (4) is included in a closed electric circuit between metal contacts (3) with attachment points of the contact group and is made with possibility of interruption of closed electric network in case of excess of current flowing through it or exceeding of limiting average volume temperature. Thermochemical igniter is connected to module (2). Heat-sensitive element (8) is connected to thermochemical igniter. Dielectric housing contains an open part, which is simultaneously a nozzle hole for extinguishing products outlet.

EFFECT: enabling possibility of using a terminal block with a built-in self-contained fire extinguishing device for connecting wires, possibility of initialisation of self-contained fire extinguishing device with thermochemical igniter and breaking of electric circuit in the form of wires connected to terminal block.
