SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a fire extinguishing device (FED) with a module (1) placed inside with an aerosol-forming or gas-forming composition, containing an electric igniter (7) of the module (1) and an initiating temperature-sensitive device (4), connected in series by conductors to each other, while additionally containing a contact group (10) for initiation via conductors by an external signal of the electric igniter (7) of the module or supply of initiation voltage to the initiating temperature-sensitive device (4) and the electric igniter (7) of the module; actuation sensor (11) and manual start button (18) of the electric igniter (7) of the module (1); actuation sensor (11) is connected by conductors (17) to the contact group (10); the manual start button (18) of the electric igniter (7) of the module is connected through conductors to the electric igniter (7) of the module.

EFFECT: increase in the efficiency of primary fire extinguishing with an increase in the efficiency of preventing the spread of fire in a confined space, in particular, such as an electrical panel, while issuing a signal to initiate the same fire extinguishing devices or an information signal to emergency control panels.
