FIELD: valve industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to valve industry, in particular to axial flow control valves used in industrial pipeline valves, and is intended for control and shutoff of working media of liquids and gases. Disclosed is an axisymmetric control valve, in which the rack and pinion guide bushing is installed into the fairing from the inlet branch pipe, is accurately positioned in the vertical position of the hole for the rod, is fixed against turning along the longitudinal axis by a collar with two flats, which is included in the groove made in the projection of the fairing, is fixed in the fairing by means of a threaded plug installed on the side of the free end of the rack, has at least four radial holes on the side of the end in contact with the threaded plug for unloading rod and rack and balancing the pressure acting on the free end of the rack, with the pressure in the cavity of the outlet branch pipe. In the rack there is a longitudinal slot, in the bushing of the guide opposite the slot there is a set screw, the cylindrical end of which enters the longitudinal slot of the rack and fixes the rack against turning relative to the longitudinal axis, limits longitudinal movement and provides accurate positioning of rack in position of engagement of rack and pinion connection at valve assembly. At the end of the rod in front of the first recess there is a flat platform with an angular cutout at 90° at the level of the top of the teeth and a surface perpendicular to the flat platform. On the rack, after the teeth on the side of the outlet branch pipe, an end face is made perpendicular to its axis with a depth to depressions and a platform at the level of depressions; at that, the width of the flat platform at the end of the rod is equal to the distance from the end of the rack to the first tooth.

EFFECT: simplified design of the valve, valve assembly process is shortened by reducing the number of manipulations required for assembly of rack and pinion.
