Abstract RU 2815993 C1

FIELD: medicine; pharmaceutics.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the pharmaceutical industry, specifically to agents for treating coronavirus infection of 2019 (COVID-19). Disclosed is a composition of traditional Chinese medicine for treating coronavirus infection of 2019 (COVID-19), where the composition of traditional Chinese medicine is mainly obtained from the following raw materials, in parts by weight: 250–400 parts of Citri reticulatae pericarpium, 100–200 parts of Atractylodis rhizoma, 100–200 parts of Magnoliae officinalis cortex, 200–300 parts of Glycyrrhizae radix et rhizoma, 200–300 parts of Agastache rugosus, 200–300 parts of Acori tatarinowii rhizoma, 250–330 parts of Jujubae fructus and 100–200 parts of Zingiberis rhizoma recens; wherein the method of producing said composition of traditional Chinese medicine involves the following steps: weighing the raw material in parts by weight, adding water and then boiling over low heat to obtain a decoction. Disclosed is a composition of traditional Chinese medicine for treating coronavirus infection in 2019 (COVID-19), where the composition of traditional Chinese medicine is mainly obtained from the following raw materials, in parts by weight: 250–400 parts of Citri reticulatae pericarpium, 100–200 parts of Atractylodis rhizoma, 100–200 parts of Magnoliae officinalis cortex, 200–300 parts of Glycyrrhizae radix et rhizoma, 200–300 parts of Agastache rugosus, 200–300 parts of Acori tatarinowii rhizoma, 250–330 parts of Jujubae fructus and 100–200 parts of Zingiberis rhizoma recens, wherein the method for preparing said composition of traditional Chinese medicine involves the following steps: (1) weighing raw materials in accordance with parts by weight; (2) adding 15 times the mass of water, soaking for 0.5 hours, twice boiling for extraction, each time for 0.5 hours, mixing the decoctions obtained by boiling, and filtering to obtain an extract solution for subsequent use; (3) concentrating the extract solution from step (2) at 70 °C at reduced pressure to concentrated solution with relative density of 1.10–1.20 g/ml when measured at 50 °C; (4) taking the concentrated solution obtained in step (3) and spray drying to obtain a spray-dried powder; and (5) mixing the spray-dried powder obtained in step (4) with dextrin and wet granulation. Disclosed is a composition of traditional Chinese medicine for treating coronavirus infection of 2019 (COVID-19), where the composition of traditional Chinese medicine is mainly obtained from the following raw materials, in parts by weight: 250–400 parts of Citri reticulatae pericarpium, 100–200 parts of Atractylodis rhizoma, 100–200 parts of Magnoliae officinalis cortex, 200–300 parts of Glycyrrhizae radix et rhizoma, 200–300 parts of Agastache rugosus, 200–300 parts of Acori tatarinowii rhizoma, 250–330 parts of Jujubae fructus and 100–200 parts of Zingiberis rhizoma recens, wherein the method for preparing the composition of traditional Chinese medicine involves the following steps: extraction of raw materials in parts by weight by steam distillation and collection of essential oils; filtering the broth to obtain an extract solution; concentrating the extract solution under reduced pressure and spray drying to obtain a spray-dried powder; addition of anhydrous ethanol solution to essential oils and inclusion into aqueous solution β-cyclodextrin to obtain a cyclodextrin inclusion compound; mixing spray-dried powder, cyclodextrin inclusion compound and binder and performing wet granulation; by steam distillation, extraction of essential oil by adding 8–15-fold amount of water 2–3 times and mixing the extract solutions obtained in each case for the next step; in aqueous solution β-cyclodextrin mass β-cyclodextrin is 8–12 times greater than the mass of the essential oil, and the mass of water is 10–20 times greater than the mass β-cyclodextrin. Method for preparing the above composition of traditional Chinese medicine involves the following steps: (1) weighing raw materials in accordance with parts by weight; (2) adding 15-fold weight of water, soaking for 0.5 hour, double boiling for extraction, each time for 0.5 hours, mixing the decoctions obtained by boiling, and filtering to obtain an extract solution for subsequent use; (3) concentrating the extract solution from step (2) at 70 °C at reduced pressure to concentrated solution with relative density of 1.10–1.20 g/ml when measured at 50 °C; (4) taking the concentrated solution obtained in step (3) and spray drying to obtain a spray-dried powder; and (5) mixing the spray-dried powder obtained in step (4) with dextrin and wet granulation. Method for preparing the above composition of traditional Chinese medicine involves the following steps: extraction of raw material in parts by weight by steam distillation and collection of essential oil; filtering the broth to obtain an extract solution; concentrating the extract solution under reduced pressure and spray drying to obtain a spray-dried powder; adding an anhydrous ethanol solution to the essential oil and incorporating into the aqueous solution β-cyclodextrin to obtain a cyclodextrin inclusion compound; mixing spray-dried powder and cyclodextrin inclusion compound with binder and wet granulation; where by steam distillation the essential oil is extracted by adding 8–15-fold amount of water 2–3 times and the extract solutions obtained in each case are mixed for the next step; and in aqueous solution β-cyclodextrin mass β-cyclodextrin is 8–12 times greater than the mass of the essential oil, and the mass of water is 10–20 times greater than the mass β-cyclodextrin. Method for determining the above composition of traditional Chinese medicine involves qualitative identification of hesperidin, 6-gingerol, Glycyrrhizae radix et rhizoma and honokiol by thin-layer chromatography. Also disclosed is the use of the composition of traditional Chinese medicine according to any of paragraphs 1–13 for preparing a medicinal agent for treating coronavirus infection of 2019 (COVID-19).

EFFECT: compositions and methods described above are effective for treating coronavirus infection of 2019 (COVID-19).
