FIELD: manufacturing glued honeycomb core from aluminum foil.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to a set of equipment and technological methods for manufacturing slices of honeycomb filler, which are subsequently stretched into a filler block with a 6-sided cell. In turn, honeycomb filler blocks can be used as part of three-layer structures subject to bending and compression, for example, building structures and aerospace products. The invention provides a very simple and low-cost solution for production of small batches of filler, requiring minimal ventilation, installation space and investment.
EFFECT: method of manufacturing of glued honeycomb filler and the set of equipment for its implementation ensure minimal production waste, high manufacturability and physical and mechanical characteristics of the product.
