SUBSTANCE: method for processing poultry droppings to produce fertilizer involves producing a mixture of poultry droppings, a cellulose-containing filler, and a fermentation stimulator, followed by aeration of the prepared mixture, wherein fermentation stimulator used is pre-fermented poultry droppings of the same farm, which is obtained by mixing fresh poultry droppings with cellulose-containing filler, taken in amount of 5–20 wt.% of the weight of fresh poultry droppings, with subsequent aeration of the obtained mixture for not more than 400 hours, mixing of poultry droppings, cellulose-containing filler and pre-fermented poultry droppings is carried out in a reactor. All components are taken at a certain ratio.

EFFECT: invention provides high efficiency of the process with simultaneous improvement of consumer properties of the obtained fertilizer.
