METHOD OF ORGANOMINERAL FERTILIZER PRODUCING Russian patent published in 1997 - IPC

FIELD: fertilizers. SUBSTANCE: method involves mixing dung and/or manure with filling agent, mixture forming in bead and composting by air aeration. Part of mixture is put in lower layer by 2/3 of its height and the remained part is mixed additionally with sorbent at mass ratio = (1-2):(2-4) and put on upper bead layer. At the process of composting at the mesophilic, thermophilic and cooling stages air aeration is carried out at the rate 9-11 nm³/h and at the maturation stage at 20 nm³/h as measure for 1 t of composting mixture. Zeolite saturated with sodium ions is used as sorbent (up to 40 g/kg zeolite) and/or activated carbon, bentonite, quicklime, phosphate fertilizer, superphosphate, phosphogypsum.
