FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: invention represents a method of producing a bioadditive for a concrete mixture preliminarily cultivated on a synthetic culture medium of Christensen with an addition of urea for 24–72 hours at temperature of 28–40 °C, in rocking mode 140–160 rpm, characterized in that a mixture of separate strains of bacteria of the type Sp. Pasteurii, B. Sphaericus, B. Pseudofirmiis in ratio of 1:1:1 with concentration of not less than 105–106 cells/ml is immobilized with 12 g of a mixture of magnesium lactate : calcium : granulated slag (1:2:1), 1 ml of sodium hexametaphosphate (0.01% solution for stabilization) and 100 g of 15% carboxymethyl cellulose solution for 10–15 minutes at temperature of 40 °C is ground and added in amount of 0.4–0.5 wt.% of cement (in terms of dry substance) to the concrete mixture.
EFFECT: present invention relates to construction materials, namely to additives for concrete mixtures, and can be used in the manufacture of structures, products and materials both in industrial construction and for the construction of residential and industrial facilities.
