FIELD: building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the building materials industry and can be used in the technology for producing additives to cement concretes. According to the method, bacteria of the species B. Pseudofirmus, pre-cultured on a synthetic Christensen's nutrient medium with added urea for 24 to 48 hours, at 28 to 40°C, in a shaking mode of 140 to 160 rpm, at a concentration of at least 1010 cells/ml are immobilised by centrifugation. Immobilisation is therein performed applying 3 g of a calcium lactate:calcium chloride:microsilica mixture in a ratio of 1:0.5:1.5 g and 1 ml of a sodium hexametaphosphate solution at a concentration of 0.01% for 5 to 7 minutes.
EFFECT: increase in the mobility of the concrete mix, increase in the strength of concrete, reduction in the solidification time of concrete.
