FIELD: aircraft construction.

SUBSTANCE: used in the design of door mechanisms and emergency hatches of helicopters and other aircraft. The locking device for the emergency hatch of the aircraft contains a shaft (5) on which the inner (6) and outer (7) handles and cassettes (9, 10) are installed. Each of the cassettes (9, 10) contains a bolt (3), which is inserted into a holder (27), which is equipped with a shank (26) and a groove (52), a bolt bushing (29), which is equipped with a spiral groove (51), and an outer lock bushing (30), bushing (31), a screw (32) is installed on the outer flange of the bolt bushing (29). The outer lock bushing (30) is a housing for cassettes (9, 10), and the bushing (31) is threaded and secures the holder (27) in the bolt bushing (29). A cardan (8) is fixed to the shaft (5), the inner (6) and outer (7) handles are fixed to the shaft (5) in a given position using screws (47). The shaft (5) is secured to the emergency hatch (1) using brackets (12), made in the form of plates with lugs and secured to the panel (14) using screws (15) screwed into the plates (16).

EFFECT: reduction in the dimensions and weight of the device and increase in the reliability of fixation of the locking device.
