FIELD: electrical engineering.

SUBSTANCE: unified switchgear assembly is a prefabricated structure with cabinets installed in it with built-in devices, measuring instruments, relay protection, automation, signalling and control, while the internal volume is divided by blind metal and insulating partitions, forming compartments of the draw-out element, input-output and busbars. The housing is made of stainless steel and additionally contains an arc-localizing deflector configured to at least two changes in the direction of the electric arc and to retain molten particles inside the specified deflector, as well as to relieve pressure at an angle of at least 45° from floor level; an emergency shutdown mechanism for the switchgear switch, containing a button located on the outer surface of the compartment door of the draw-out element with an accidental pressing blocker, and rods with a frame; a system of natural ventilation of the switchgear compartments, made with the possibility of automatically stopping the flow of air into the internal volume of the switchgear in the event of an emergency; a point locking system for the front and rear doors of the switchgear, containing traction systems made along the perimeter of the doors, locks, as well as lugs installed on the switchgear housing and corresponding to the locations of the traction systems.
