SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in designing high-flotation vessels using dynamic air cushion. High-speed small-size vessel on compressed air flow contains in open pneumatic channel on side of ship hull bottom between inner side walls of skegs fixed at a certain height two rotary flat plates of the same size, rotating in a vertical plane, in the form of an additional bottom laid on the protruding support walls of the open U-shaped frame. U-shaped frame is fixed to the inner side walls of the skegs at the level in one horizontal plane of the rectangular bottom of the transitional closed section of the pneumatic channel, connected to the nozzle of the hull, in which a coaxial impeller is located. Flat horizontal plates are made with perforation holes with ribbed curved plates fixed from above. Flat plates are fixed by axes of rotation with hinges by fasteners to support protruding walls of unclosed shape of U-shaped frame and move simultaneously in height by means of hinge connection with vertical screw rods through geared motor, located on top of ship deck, and through straight rods are connected by crew control. Steering devices behind the stern have a system of air and water rudders with vertical shields fixed in one direction on the steering devices, which are connected via deck assembly by means of crew control rods with central control system. On the side of lower support ends of skegs there is a niche with fixed support wheels of chassis by means of connection with movable hydraulic cylinder of vehicle control, with central control system.
EFFECT: increase in seaworthiness, maneuverability and safety of movement and control of the vessel on a compressed pneumatic flow is achieved.
